Our RevPAR Index of 108 continues to outpace industry benchmarks, proving our competitive edge. The Best Western Rewards loyalty program remains a cornerstone of our success. We are proud to serve 64 million members with points that never expire. This program is a powerful way we thank our most loyal guests.

We are relentlessly focused on the future of travel. At our convention, we unveiled the next chapter of our digital innovation.
- The New BestWestern.com: We provided an exclusive first look at our new website and mobile app experience, launching in 2026. Powered by AI, this platform will deliver personalized recommendations and localized experiences for travelers across the globe.
- Smarter Hotel Operations: We announced AutoClerk Atlas, our next-generation property management system. This intuitive, scalable system marks a pivotal step forward for both the guest and hotel team experience.
- A Landmark Partnership: To prepare for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Best Western Hotels & Resorts has entered an exclusive North American partnership with Tripadvisor. Travelers searching for games will easily find our hotels near matches and along their travel routes.
Expanding Our World of Hospitality
Our growth is strategic and dynamic. We are entering new markets and new segments.
- Luxury and Wellness: WorldHotels is expanding its footprint. We’ve added stunning new properties like the Van der Valk Plaza Beach Resort Bonaire and the wellness-forward Soul Spring Sanctuary. WorldHotels anticipates reaching 250 properties by the end of 2026.
- Boutique and Extended Stays: Our Aiden brand continues its rise as a leading boutique name. New projects are underway in Kansas City, Toronto, Dallas, and beyond. The @HOME by Best Western extended-stay segment is also growing, with properties under construction in key cities like Miami, Atlanta, and Orlando.
- A New Glamping Frontier: We are excited to announce our entry into the glamping industry. The beautiful Zion Wildflower Resort at Zion National Park is the first of many new glamping resorts joining our diverse portfolio.
Fueling Strategic Global Growth
Our development pipeline has never been stronger. Our strategy is clear.
- North American Development: We signed over 130 deals across our North American portfolio. Our Collections brands now represent over a quarter of all new developments.
- International Momentum: We signed over 300 international deals this year. This includes 11 new projects in Saudi Arabia, new openings in India, South Korea, and Vietnam, and a record-breaking year in Latin America.
- Enabling Hotelier Success: We are launching a new Liability Insurance Program on December 1, 2025. Developed with industry leaders, it offers cost-effective, comprehensive coverage to help hoteliers protect their assets. We also announced a new DEX 3.0 Finance Program to help hotels fund improvements directly through BWH Hotels Supply.
