Phu Quoc, Vietnam, 7 September, 2026 – As the harvest moon rises over Emerald Bay, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa is inviting guests on a 15-day culinary journey spanning Mid-Autumn Festival and China holiday, from 24 September to 8 October 2026. Across five distinctive dining venues, the resort will host a Gala Buffet specialize in rich cuisine of Mekong River with unlimited local water catchs, beachfront barbecues under the stars, a private wine cellar soirée, a full-moon seafood feast, and a dedicated Kids’ Mid-Autumn programme: a season built for slowing down, feasting well, and gathering together under the Phu Quoc sky

A Season Worth Planning Around

The centerpiece of Golden Week is the Mekong Heritage Buffet Gala Dinner on Sunday, 4 October: an unlimited spread of lobster, oyster, and crab paired with a traditional live instrumental performance. For a livelier evening, the Beachside Barbecue & Bonfire returns on 2 and 6 October, combining open-fire grilling on the sand with a crackling bonfire and live music.

Inside the resort’s Bill Bensley–designed Pink Pearl mansion, Chef Olivier Elzer, a French chef with 30 Michelin stars earned over 16 consecutive years across France and Hong Kong, leads a nightly tasting menu inspired by the Riviera, featuring caviar, abalone, and A5 wagyu. Offering an ultra-luxury, intimate dining experience with strictly limited seating, the venue delivers unparalleled exclusivity. On 26 September and 3 October, the experience extends into the Madame Pearl Soirée, an adults-only evening inside Pink Pearl’s ten-seater private wine cellar with rare wine discoveries and a live singer.

French & Co., the resort’s signature bakery and café, serves the Flavors of Vietnam Afternoon Tea throughout the season. This savory-and-sweet afternoon tea puts Vietnamese ingredients center stage: think Phu Quoc crab, Bac Giang lychee, and Hoa Loc mango, reimagined in classic afternoon tea form and served with your choice of tea, coffee, coconut coffee, or mango smoothie.
